Not a favorite at first, but liking it now!

I have used your product for 23 years, and appreciate all the various models. I have had considerable problem with the current one. I felt that the motor was not strong enough to clean my teeth, and I have been tempted to phone you and perhaps return. On an accidential move I discovered that the switch had 2 strengths. This second, and more powerful one, is great. When the first period of cleaning ends, I do have to click 2 times in order for this stronger one to take place. I enjoy having a pink handle!

Well worth the purchase

replaced by old Philips sonic toothbrush with a newer version. Nice and lightweight and it still gets into all those tooothy nooks and crannies.

The product works well

Have nothing to compare to. Battery has lasted 3 weeks on one charge, teeth feel cleaner longer after scaling than manual brush. Only draw back is high price of unit an replacement brush’s!

Sonic power ... cleans where others can't but...

The brush works but the second thing it did was destroy a filling. Hope this isn't a regular issue as it will become expensive. With due respect to the above this is an upgrade on my old "mechanical" toothbrush. Just easier to use all round.

Once your toothbrush is fully charged, disconnect it from the charger since overcharging can lead to battery deterioration.
