My daughter's favorite

Philosophy 3-Pc. philoso Grace Eau de Toilette Hol

I received this item and it was damaged and I was told to throw it away as it was broken. I called Customer Service and they asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted the item resent. I asked for it to be resent as it was to be given as a gift. I am now being charged twice for the item. I called today and the Customer Service person said I would have to dispute the charges. Why is that? What a mess!!!!
