disappointed

I have ordered this item on December 06,2023 and Im barely being notified this item is backordered. What is very inconvenient is that theres no option to cancel this item”processed” item that hasn’t even been shipped yet! Customer service is no help except advising to deny package at the door or return the item once its received. But thats what’s questionable, when will I receive this item? It was for a Christmas present. Very disappointed

Refreshing and natural ingredients

My favorites are the bar soap and face wash. They both smell great and leave a fresh minty feeling after. I don’t know what it is but the soap has a very refreshing scent sort of like rosemary and peppermint. The lotion is very mild and light. Highly recommended!
