Zipper

Poor Zipper quality. One zipper sticks and won’t unzip. Other than that I am satisfied. Too late to send back as I needed it for a trip.

Love love love this suitcase

Great carry on luggage. Easy to maneuver on most surfaces as the wheels are very strong. Love this bag and the extra pocket for laptop. Definetly recommended for a frequent carry on traveler. I use this with a travel backpack

Smaller Capacity

This is a wonderful carry-on. I love having the flexibility of the front pocket and the durability of the hard shell. My only issue with it is that it holds less than the traditional Travelpro Crew bag of the same dimensions. On a recent trip, I had to repack into my old stand-by Travelpro Crew to accommodate all I needed to pack.

Top notch suitcase

I just completed a trip with this bag and I can tell already that we are going to make some wonderful travel memories together. Quality is top notch. I can’t believe how effortless this suitcase glides on the rollers. I was able to pack everything for a 3-day trip, to include a complete suit with shoes in this carryon bag.

Not what it looks like in the pictures

The suitcase is much smaller than advertised. It is no as wide as pictures indicate. It's handle and construction are also not worth the value paid

Excellent bag!

10/10. Quality for this price is unmatched. Unlike every other bag I’ve tried, the laptop slot is insanely thin for just the laptop saving previous space in that side of the clamshell. Total game changer and looks incredible. Quality is absurdly good.
