Playmobile add on item from Rador Toy

I ordered for my 5 yr nephew for his birthday. It was sent directly to his home. Birthday this Sat - was checking purchase. Saw it was an add on to house. I did not have the house - no need for add on. Picked up item to return. It was over 30 day window. The item sent was second hand - being it was sent to someone else who did not want it. No instructions were in it. Did not realize it was from a marketplace. Would have had to exchange any way. Unbelievable that Radar Toy would send this item as as Macy's. Was told to return to Rador. If I did not cost of shipping - they would not have paid - even though no instructions were in bo. Extremely disappointed.
