These pillows are the prefect firmness for me to get a good night's rest. They are plush and feel soft to the touch. My head doesn't slump down during the night it stays at the prefect alignment to prevent a sore or painful neck the next day! These pillows are truly as luxurious as a 5 star 🌟 hotel!

Poor quality, insubstantial, lumpy pillows
Not medium firm at all per the listing, they squished all the way down with ease, it would take 2 to make the firmness of one medium pillow. They are also very lumpy and the filling was coming out from somewhere, there were bits all over the place. These were supposed to be a gift but will be returning them; I’d be embarrassed to actually gift these. Lesson learned, no more online pillow purchases

I have absolutely no idea how these pillows have such a high rating. They arrived in compression packaging and while I commend the effort to reduce packing space & materials, pillows are not items which be compressed and maintain functionality. When I fluffed them out they stayed lumpy, even over 24 hours later. They’re described as medium firmness but they’re extremely soft and unsupportive. My head sunk straight through to my mattress. They’re so soft/mushy they didn’t even keep their shape when I put them into a pillowcase. Just awful. Even on sale, not worth the price.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear that our pillows didn’t meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments about the compression packaging, as we use it to reduce environmental impact, but we understand that the product needs to perform well for you, above all else.
While our pillows are designed to regain their shape after unpacking and fluffing, it sounds like this wasn't your experience. Due to the packaging, sometimes the filling may not fluff exactly as expected. Please try putting the pillows in the dryer on a low heat/air fluff cycle for about 15 minutes and that should help expand the filling to the correct loft.

Please don’t spend your money on these pillows! No support, wake up with terrible neck pain. We are purchasing new pillows not even a month later!
