Uncomfortable, hardly any padding

I bought these for my wedding thinking they would be comfortable being from Naturalizer (I have other Naturalizer heels that I can wear for 10+ hours). They hardly have any padding at the ball of the foot which really surprised me and were starting to hurt after wearing them for 2 minutes. Unfortunately, I'll be returning them because of this. They're a beautiful shoe otherwise.
