Worst experience I ever had

I will never be shopping at macys again. I placed a online order for pick up at store and I put in my correct ZIP Code and everything and for some reason it shipped my order 4 1/2 hours from my house and of course this is a limited edition item that you can’t just cancel and purchase again so thanks Macy’s for allowing me to miss out on this limited edition item, and not to mention their terrible awful policies regarding returns and address changes

Poor quality control on shipping

I buy Pokemon sealed products to store and sell at a later date. The product itself is awesome, but whomever packed it in the shipping box either ripped the sealed container or did not notice the rip. This product cannot be returned and if it could, they do not have an exact replacement due to high demand. Very disappointed.
