Macy’s coming through!

Macy’s might be an odd place to buy some Pokemon TCG stuff, but if you catch a drop they charge fair prices and ship fast! Great product, love the SPC.

Order Does Not Exist

Same as the others. Got an order confirmation, went to check status, and got told my order doesn't exist and never existed. Won't be bothering trying to get any cards here anymore.

Great product, glad Macy’s had these in stock for the short time it was up. Hope Macy implements a qty order limit for hot Pokemon products so us regular loyal customers can have a chance beating out the bots.

Upsetting

I usually don’t write reviews at all, but it’s the same as all the other reviews. Placed an order, got a charge and confirmation number, then just disappeared. I even called and asked about an update and the lady said I should be getting a tracking number between the 22nd-24th because she found my order in the system and confirmed it was still coming. Today’s the 25th and still haven’t received any confirmation or anything so it seems I just got lied to. Very upsetting to say the least for people that thought they could actually get a product. I wouldn’t feel as bad if they just sent a cancelation email instead of leaving me and everyone else in limbo about a product we could actually order and got confirmation for. Just stop trying to capitalize on the pokemon hype, it’s only hurting a ton of people.

really disappointed

same as the others, I check out, get conformation email, and then its canceled. Spoke with customer service and they have no clue. They cant even find the box and it was the top 5 trending item on there site. Total joke.
