BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wouldn’t trust buying any MTG or Pokémon TCG online. I’ve only had bad experiences purchasing from Macy’s. My MTG packs came with airheads candy, and my Pokémon UPC was tampered with. All of the packs inside were very obviously resealed. The box and packs had evidence of tampering. They resealed from the bottom because most people open from the top. The seller had the audacity to send it back to me. Macy’s DID NOT give me back my refund. They had the nerve of accusing me of the tampering. I’ve opened thousands of booster packs and I know when something isn’t right. You might fool someone that is new to the hobby but you’re not fooling us all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!

Resealed ETBs with all sealed packs gone!!!

I ordered two of these ETBs Paldea Evolved and they shipped from Texas, both of them were opened and resealed with tape, all of the sealed packs were gone as well as the promo card. They even went as far as putting a stack of Pokémon cards from a different series in the box and taped them together. Someone from the Texas macys warehouse or distribution center is scamming, Macy's needs to investigate this. Straight up theft. So disappointing for the kids.

Open Packs Inside

Be wary of buying Pokemon cards from Macy's the first package I received was shrink wrapped yet all the booster packs inside were already open and missing cards. Customer support sent a replacement, and again all packs inside were already open and missing cards. Not sure what is going on with Macy's but someone is scamming them with returns, I would avoid purchasing here.
