Had to fight to get a refund

These ear rings are very fragile. I wore them once than one of the attachment hooks fell off the earring rendering them useless. I was disappointed to say the least. I had to fight to get her a refund because it was over the 30 day limit even though bought during Christmas shopping window. Macys did make it right in the end but why sell the item in the first place?

Beautiful earrings

These earring are beautiful and the perfect size for me for my second piercing. Love the beads - so pretty. The clasp is strong. The 10K gold is a beautiful color. Love 'em!
