Site does not work for gift giving

I would love to be able to give my purchase a 5 star review. The product is lovely and I always enjoy giving RL outfits to new parents for their babies. However, when I choose more than one item, the site does not allow me to put all of the items in one gift box even though they are for the same person. Thus, if you want all of your gift items to go in one box, you must have the gift shipped to YOURSELF, place the items in one box and then handle the shipping to the recipient. It makes absolutely no sense, is a ridiculous inconvenience for the customer and is an easy fix on the site. On top of all this, there is a charge for the gift box- which is fine- but how can RL expect a customer to pay for multiple gift boxes when the items fit in one and are going to one person?
