Never received

I shipped this item to my local Macy’s. Online said it takes 5-8 days. I have yet to receive notification to get my package and I ordered 7/7/24. Today is 8/10/24. Getting my money back has equally been a tug of war a NB d no one answers the phone at this Macy’s including their executive office
