Disgusted

I ordered my item on 12/1/2024 and the item was never given to the carrier. I have contacted Macys twice requesting the tracking details and Customer Service says that they cannot return my money even though the carrier states that they never took custody of this item. This item was meant for my military son who overseas for Christmas and this is unacceptable.
