Very nice backpack, I’m happy I ordered it

This backpack is really good! It has lining inside which is very cool and all the details are well made. It has a laptop sleeve and can fit 13 inch laptop. Also it is lightweight.

Customer Service and Website needs improvement!

I went on to their website and found this nice back pack for my niece. I started the purchasing process. Once everything was filled out, I went back in to check my shipping options before purchasing the item. As soon as I went to check other shipping options the website went to another page and initiated my purchase without even saying a "Thank You for your purchase not indicating a purchase was made. I ended up going into the site again doing the dame thing checking shipping options and it did the same thing.... it went crazy and took my order. I called them i called them early in the morning to resolve the issue or at least cancel one of my orders and Ralph Lauren a multi billion dollar company told me it can not be done. They could not cancel the order. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again unless they get their act together and fix their website from taking peoples money without their permission.
