Great Polo Summer T-Shirt

I order my T-shirt about three weeks ago and I keep measssiang them everyday and everyday someone tells me a different story. I received 3 out of four items I ordered. And today I saw in my email that they sent me that my item is cancelled, like why you know you’ll cancel it and why keep having my hopes up when I chat with you guys saying it’ll shipped out today.
