Very poorly designed and unflattering fit

I bought the hoodie as I absolutely loved the design but the fit is extremely poor. I'm 6,1 and bought a Large, the hood is weirdly bulky and tight around the neck giving a very uncomfortable chocking feeling. The torso is weirdly wide and short which makes for a very awkward, unflattering fit. I sadly had to return it as the fit was just horrible.
