Good return process

I bought these shoes but they were unfortunately the wrong size. I was quite impressed by Ralph Lauren’s return process. Goods were collected from home the next day and the credit was on my card 24 hours later. Well done.

Very happy about the shoes love the color and goes great with my outfit, I was unhappy how they shipped my shoes the box they came in, the box was smashed and torn up.

These polo sneakers are comfortable and have a cool design with polo emblem all over. Good sturdy sneaker. Soles have good texture and grip different surfaces easily. For goin out or just relaxing these are a good sneaker.

Very well made and comfortable

Received the Keaton Allover Pony Canvas sneakers and love them. They are very well made and very comfortable. Have been wearing them out and about this week however plan to put them away now and save for our next cruise. Looking forward to wearing them again. They will be the perfect sneaker for crusing.

Good kicks

Hmm the sneakers look better in person. The quality is nice. These are narrow, but long. So, if you don't have a wide feet, these run big (long?). On the other hand, if you do, these aren't going to fit well. Although the sneakers look flat, the insoles provide more than enough cushioning for daily use, which is great. On a side note, they are quite heavy haha. Something that grinds my gears though is how the tapered ends are handled. The midsoles all wrap from the left over to the right side, leaving a tapered end. That's not the problem. The problem is that it's like that for both shoes. In my opinion, they should be mirror images of each other. It's nothing major, but it does bother me quite a bit. There's no option to submit images, but if there's a preview picture for the back of the shoes in the sale page, look at that. It's the same design for both shoes.
