Polo vs. Nike

I only had it for about a week, and compare to Nike Jordan I feel it is a little bulky. However, I'm going to keep wear it for a few more weeks and maybe it'll change my mind. I say so far I do like it.

Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service. I dislike the fact I felt racially-mistreated by the employee who deliver my order while picking it up by requiring me to show my ID while a)Knowing I was pulling up the QR code from my “personal-email” and b) I described what the order was for and for how much. Also, he forcibly kept on demanding for one and even said I should have one on my next purchase which most likely won’t happen since of such inconvenience. As I told him, it was not my fault your system and confirmation-email did never state I was going to be required to show one (ID) and I was not going to walk to the other end of the mall, to my vehicle to grab it. I honestly find it disrespectful since he knew I had the order number and overall the QR code with me through my phone which requires a Face ID. In addition to this, he was going to give me two bags with two different orders and never took the time on checking I had cancel one of them two days before due to ordering a wrong size for item.

I am never disappointed in Ralph Lauren and these sneakers are no exception.
