Not what you think it is

The quality of the fabric doesn't reflect that well the description and image. I didn't like how thin the fabric feels like. On top of that, the store is taking almost a month to issue my refund.

I wish I had the blue one

The coat is fine but I had to hunt all over the country to get it. Inventory provided to me showed you had several versions of the coat in Navy but I guess you don’t want to get rid of the last one. I took the grey color instead. It feels nice fits nice. I just wish I had the blue one.

Received a worn and perfume smell jacket

Just received my order, this is a gift for my husband, I am sooo embarrassed to find out that Macy’s sent me a worn clothe!!, It has damaged in the front plus it has man’s perfume smell, I also found several price tags of different brands which are not belong to this jacket in it’s pocket……I can’t believe Macy’s will sent a worn clothe with damage to customers, it is visible and easy to find the issues by simply checking it, but Macy’s didn’t even care about personal hygiene( perfume smells) and damaged clothe! Very disappointed, even angry! Attached are the pictures of the damage and all price tags in its pocket

Good Coat for Specific Use

If you're looking for a coat to wear over a suit to protect you from the rain/snow, this may be for you. It's light weight & travel-friendly. Be advised, however, it's constructed to provide warmth. My only complaint: the sleeves are too long, but that's a problem I often experience with xtra-large sizes.

Incredible fit & finish. Once you place the packable walking coat on there's an immediate feel of comfort and you begin imagining all the layers you can place on up under the packable walking code. Great job!
