Cannot review. Haven’t received product.

Never received this order

Macy’s charged me for this order and I never received it. I received an email stating that the label was creating and the delivery date was pending but it’s been over 2 weeks now and my item still has not shipped. The customer service is horrible and impossible to get in touch with.
