WRONG SIZE

I ordered a size 10 and received a 9. I saw the previous reviews about the other shopper getting the wrong size but I just thought it was an error. This is ridiculous. It’s like they’re sending whatever size they decided in hopes the customer will keep the products. I shouldn’t have to package my stuff and drive to a UPS store because of the wrong size. Just an inconvenience!!

WRONG SIZE, AGAIN

This is not the first time with the same shoe; in fact it is the SECOND time sending the wrong size!!! I cannot understand how in the world this is acceptable. It’s a super inconvenience to have to return to the store because Macy’s keep sending the wrong size!!!
