Bad Experience

A very poorly made product! I followed the washing instructions. Blue fuzzies & dye everywhere. This robe destroyed alot of my clothes. A terrible experience.

Missing pj’s in set- BAD customer service!

I bought this for Xmas and it was supposed to be in a set with pajamas. I contacted support when all I received was the robe. They couldn’t do anything and said the robe was all that was bought. I had a photo of what I bought ( the combination set) and they still couldn’t do anything. pajamas and robe together as a special deal at the time. But the special deal was over and they wouldn’t do anything. I could have returned it but it was a Christmas gift and I didn’t have enough time so I kept it and gifted it which mean I just paid full price for it with no pajamas. Terrible customer service. As for the robe - it is okay quality so- so for Ralph Lauren. Would have been worth it to get pajamas with it as I should have but to pay full price it is not worth the money. I like buying from Macys and this is the first issue I’ve had where I should have returned it, so that is on me. But customer service was terrible and they should have just sent out the pajamas - but they wouldn’t do that.
