Horrible Experience

Horrible experience!!! Ordered for in store pick up but my order sat in the store for 4 days then it cancelled. 0 ownership was taken by the store for allowing my order to sit 4 days and was never processed. Done with Macy’s!! I’ll shop at moms and pops store before I ever give these big box stores my money when they put 0 value on “true’ customer, if I acted like the Karen’s I see I’m sure I’d get a response, but it’s not worth it, I’ll go elsewhere. Macys is full of it!!

So soft !

Very soft, super unique, love how the graphic is leather! I would say runs kinda small. I got a large and I’m 5’8 165 and could have sized up!

actually in my case I found it to be too big/boxy. I am usually an XL and will have to get an L to fit better
