Buyer Beware

The preowned bags from Macy’s are shipped by Rebag. Buyer beware of their return policy. Read carefully. Also look at Better Business Bureau reviews about this company before purchasing. I had a very poor experience returning a bag to them. They provided no insurance. Not disclosed clearly. After they sent me a call tag. They then claimed a few days later that the shipped box (via Postal Annex with receipt) arrived empty. Rebag emailed me asking if I had forgotten to include the Gucci bag in the box! At this point I was informed that I had no recourse and they had not provided insurance with the label. Again, be very careful!
