this headboard is junk. It took us 4 hours to put it together and we still are not done with it. None of the holes were drilled properly so everything would easily match. In fact the holes were painted over and we had to redrill them to use them. Instead of using a wood middle board they used particle board for the middle and the holes didnt match-up. We had to redrill those. No bolts ae included for attaching it to the metal bed frame. his is not a quality item. I should be paid for buying this!!!

It's a Headboard

We love ours - compliments our Macy's bed - high enough to support pillows - easy to assemble - looks great - we have the king size and will be ordering the queen soom

You get what you pay for

The price was exceptional and the description said assembly required. If you've ever experiemced IKEA, this was as bad or worse. Instructions were confusing. If my husband didn't have carpentry skills along with a myriad of tools such as 7ft joining grips, electric drill, the headboard would have either had gaps or been damaged in asembly. Even the instructions warned that tightening the screews could hurt the wood. Macy's doesn't offer a professional assembly option with this product. That being said, after 2 hours of hard work, the bedboard looks very nice.

Its ok...

I purchased at a great price so for the value I'm very happy. However, I had to leave in my garage for a month because it smelt extremely toxic! The smell is still very faint even after a couple of months. If it wasn't a great sale price and the restocking fee, I would have returned.
