Handles needed assembled

Pressure cooker received but the handles are not attached. At age 73 that's a problem. I might return it or ask my neighbor to attach them for me. Not happy!!

The bottom of it was not what I expected

Troublesome. Used occasionally (roughly 4 times per yr)and didn't last very long, about four years. Eventually the little dot rubber worn out and pressure didn't work.
