Poor quality

Poor quality. Didn’t fully expand to 14 in. The free pillow that came with it is a joke. I called Macy’s customer service. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then it hung up. I bought two mattresses I don’t know if I can still return them.

pointless

They keep sending me notifications to buy this mattress and every time I try to order it they say my zip code is invalid. How is that possible!? I know where I live! Ridiculous

Macy's app and website just like scam pages you see something you like trying to order it they tell u they out or after you placed the order for 2-3 days they turn around and cancel your order

Super great value mattress

For the cost this mattress is very comfy. Great value 👏. Great delivery service too. Juan and Xavier were so nice and kind to help me get the mattress in the room but I didn't get a free pillow 🙃! Wondering what the pillow feels like???

Excellent bed in a box!

A great mattress for the price! I did not know it was a bed in a box. The mattress is excellent....the pillows are in the trash! Free or not you should be ashamed of sending those poor excuse for pillows! I would have given 5 stars but the "pillows" changed that.
