Mattress lumpier than homemade mashed potatoes!

Run as fast as you can to another store. Do not buy this or any other item from Macys. They have low-quality merchandise and no customer service. I am sorry I made this purchase. So sad to see what has happened to this once reliable retail company.

Bought this mattress 2 weeks ago it has lumps never has formed right very uncomfortable! called Macy’s service department and they can’t even send anyone out here till September 12 very unacceptable
