Excellent produit et superbe service

Jusqu'à maintenant, je suis très satisfaite de la performance de ma station de repassage. Elle fonctionne super bien et produit beaucoup de vapeur. Reliable offre un excellent service. J'ai reçu le produit 24 heures après avoir passé ma commande. Compte tenu du prix, j'espère que ce produit durera de nombreuses années. Un produit que je recommanderait à toute personne qui coud des vêtements ou des courtepointes régulièrement et qui a de besoin de repasser pendant plusieurs heures.

Excellent iron

This iron works very well in my tailor shop. I will be replacing all the other gravity irons for my tailors with more of these in the near future. The dry steam really helps the iron put out a lot of steam without spitting.

4000IS great iron produces lots of steam

So far very happy with this purchase, the 4000IS produces lots of steam and holds a good volume of water. It replaces another tank style iron from another manufacturer that we had for only a year and died. I am hoping that this iron will be more reliable.

Wonderful, Absolutely the best professional iron!

My parents own a laundry in the US. We used Sussman for years. Eventually they went out of business and were no longer servicing their irons. I had tried to replace the Sussman irons for several years due to their malfunctions and constant need for cleaning. Reliable was only available in Europe at the time. THANK YOU for coming to the USA! I got our first i500 system in 2014 and it worked far better than I ever expected. It currently needs repair, and I needed a working iron sooner rather than later, so I bit the bullet and purchased the 4000IS. I am like a child on Christmas morning unpacking it. I am uber excited, and I hate ironing! We (amid the virus breakout and boiling summer temps in the south) starch and iron jeans and I have one customer who has Italian linen sheets from her grandmother. No other iron compares with these heavy fabrics!!! The only downfall, is Reliable is in Canada. So the repair of the i500 will happen and we won't have to pay for rush delivery now. My dad purchased an older i300 off Ebay, and the iron burned out. I don't even know if they can repair it being the system is all in one. But, regardless, happy with what I have and very pleased now to have a backup professional iron. Rowenta just doesn't do what we need it to do.

A great Iron

I have a very old vacuum board/boiler ironing unit that I have used since the 90's for pressing during garment construction. The boiler broke and I resorted to using a regular iron for the past few years. I recently purchased the Reliable 4000IS. It has surpassed all of my expectations and easily outperforms my old ironing system. Although I purchased this for my sewing room, I did test it on a set of king size sheets. The boiler kept up by providing enough steam for the task. I can't believe that I settled for a regular iron for the past few years. The 4000IS makes it easier/faster to get the professional results that I am looking for. It is a serious tool but it is incredibly simple to use. The learning curve takes about 5 minutes to master. I would definitely recommend this iron.
