Disappointed

I have no clue if the correct size was sent. It was a gift for my son in law. I know his shoe size however, he stated they were to tight. He wears a size 13 wide and I ordered 13 extra wide because for the first time I saw "extrawide" as most 13wides (depending on brand) are still a little tight. He did like the waterproof (thats what he requested), color and style. He always enjoys the shoes I buy him for his birthday.
