Very uncomfortable bootie

These boots are stiff, hard and totally uncomfortable. They fit true to size but hurt my feet just trying them on and taking 2 steps in them. My feet were relieved when I took them off almost immediately. My feet were still hurting 10 minutes afterwards. Of course I’ve returned them.

terrible fit. I ordered wide because that is what I normally wear and they were extremely wide in the heel area and not wide enough in the toe area.
