Used shoes

I ordered these for my mom who can only wear this particular shoe. So I buy them every 6 months or so. Unfortunately, I had this pair for a while before I took them to her. When I took them out of the box for the first time they were obviously used and the soles were worn. They looked like they were worn for months. I will not be ordering these from macys again.
