Big problem with delivery!

Big problem with delivery! I tried to cancel delivery using Macys delivery phone number, and they told me instead that I’d have to refuse the furniture when it was delivered. 10 days later, the piece was delivered 1/4 mile from my house and it rained .8 of an inch while I was out of town.

Repair a particle board night stand?

After a lengthy delay I finally received two nightstands. One was clearly dropped in shipping. The corner is damaged and they offered me $30 off to just keep it. I declined so before I can return it they want to try and repair it. Not sure how you repair something that’s not real wood? Now I have to try the repair before I can return it and wait another 6 weeks for a replacement.

Dimensions are incorrect

Beautiful nightstand - quality wood and full extension draw slides. However, the dimensions listed are WAY off. Website lists dimensions as 29.13W x 31.1H x 20.87L. Actual dimensions of Provence nightstands I received are approx 25.5W x 26.75H x 17L.

Stain at the center

Quality is fine but ours has a stain on the top center. They should give us a refund.

This is a well constructed night stand. I love the pullout, it provides additional usable space.
