Was not advertised correctly over the holidays !!

I purchased this particular tree before Christmas this year and it stated in the description that it came with a 6 or 18 hr timer !! Could not find any kind of timer function when I received itbe tree so I contacted Puleo. I was told by the manufacturer that this tree does not come with a timer and was directed to contact the company I purchased the tree from. Well I did this and was told I would be receiving a refund for this item which I never received !!!! I am very unhappy with Macys at the moment and not sure if I will trust them to purchase from their company in the future !!!!
