Watch band already separated from watch

I purchased this watch in early Nov. 2017. I already owned one just like it that I had purchased from Macy's a few years ago and liked it. The watch face had scratches and the band was starting to get stretched. The watch was on sale and I decided to get another one because I liked the reliability and especially the style. You could not beat the value. However, this watch is less than two months old and the band separated from the watch. The pin actually pulled out. I did not get the warranty. However, it states there is a limited manufacturer's warranty. When I clicked on the link for further information Macy's makes you write (snail mail) to an address in Ohio. I should be able to get that information online. I guess Pulsar quality is not what it used to be.

Love It!

I ordered online without trying on. Fits great. I love the flex band, dark face, and two-toned coloring. Great buy!

Beautiful watch!

Love this watch. I have been looking for a silver and blue watch for some time now and when I saw this I had to have it! It is a quality, light and slender watch that fits my medium wrist perfectly. I also like the little gold stripe that blends my gold wedding ring with the look. The navy blue color shows off the time very nicely.

Beautiful watch

My husband got this watch for me for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I have a slender wrist and the shape and size of the watch fit it perfectly and are very flattering. The blue background on the dial is lovely and shows off the hands and numbers perfectly.
