NEVER RECEIVED, lost at step one

Zero stars since I never received these shorts, which I really wanted. Ten days after placing the order, Macys customer service, as well as my tracking information, revealed that Macys lost the package that I had been notified was ready to ship. I was very disappointed. I still want the shorts but they are "no longer available". Getting this request to review makes me angry again.
