Nice but unforgiving fabric

I got these in white and the cut and fit are beautiful but I'm don't like the material as every little "lump and bump" is visible. I'm in decent shape and don't see this with most athletic shorts.

These are NOT Junior sizes as posted

Heavy fabric. High waist. Only problem is the size chart! These are women's shorts so the size chart is not relevant at all.
