NEVER RECEIVED TIGER EYE LIPSTICK

I did not receive the Estée Lauder Tiger Eye Lipstick. I was billed for it and paid the bill. There were supposed to be two items in the bag. I received the Capri pants, but the lipstick was missing. Please send as soon as possible. Thank you.
