I do love EL, but this product is ridiculous: it goes on so streaky and smeary that it makes a mess. The applicator is an odd inverted spatula that makes application even harder. It has no staying power, and comes off easily. It is matte and quite moisturizing - a unique texture. It plumped my bottom lip to it almost looked bulging. The color is quite different to the description and picture -932 is the brightest orangey red. I would never go out in this. It's bright enough to wake the dead! What in the world were they thinking!? The tube also does appear to have little product in it and is so light it almost floats.

I was a little skeptical at first since this is a matte lip color and I was afraid it would be too drying. Definitely not the case. My lips feel great after using it. I got it in the color sweet tart and I love it.

Too thick and cakes. I generally love all Estée Lauder products but this one was a miss for me.
