This toner feels so good

This toner feels so good on my skin! Particularly after being out in the sun or when the weather is very dry. It’s also very soothing and calming after using an irritating treatment like AHA, BHA, or retinoids. The toner is so light and refreshing without any greasy feeling or heaviness.
