Item came damaged

I have not been able to use the product because it was damaged when I received it. The pump in the bottle was broken in two pieces. I contacted the vendor since it came directly from them and not Macy’s. They asked me to send a picture which I did and haven’t heard anything back from them. Since it came directly from them and not Macy’s, Macy’s does not get involved. Be careful what you order!
