Terrible in store customer service

I don't even understand what the entire jewelry department's sales representatives do at North point Mall location in Georgia. Its SAD to see such a great company represented by unqualified people! They just sit around and do nothing! They encourage customers to make online purchases instead of selling the products already available in store!
