Disappointing Experience with Assembly

Product Review: Disappointing Experience with Assembly I recently purchased this product for my grandchildren, hoping to create some wonderful memories together. However, my experience has been far from what I expected. First off, my daughter spent hours trying to assemble the item, only to discover that the wrong screws were sent with the package. This not only made the assembly process incredibly frustrating, but it also left us with a half-finished product that we couldn’t use. Additionally, the quality of the wood was a major letdown. It felt flimsy and poorly constructed, raising concerns about its durability and safety for my young grandchildren. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. The combination of incorrect parts and subpar materials made for a very disappointing purchase. I hope to see improvements in quality and customer service in the future.
