Fraudulent sale

I purchased this bed in Macy.com in the same order. The mattress was split and delivered white glove as per order. The bed was not white glove but to be shipped. It was then supposedly sent by fedex and was never delivered. It was signature required but was returned without delivery. Then it shows it was delivered to someone else. Called Macy’s for order enquiry, call gets transferred to China, manufacturer. As expected no response.
