Wrong color

They sent me the wrong color! Macys has gone down hill the last few years. I recently moved & tried twice to change my mailing address & kept getting transferred & hung up on. When I finally got ahold of someone after 2 hours I was told she gad to transfer me again. I asked she can cancel my card & she said yes. I was easier to cancel than have an address change. Not surprised the wrong color was sent this time.
