Wrong item...AGAIN!!!

Macy's sent me the wrong item, which I ordered directly in the store. I couldn’t find the shirt in my size, so a sales clerk ordered the shirt I gave to him for me. Now, I need to go through the inconvenience of returning the shirt and probably won't be able to get the one I wanted, since I didn’t order it in the first place. This is getting a little discouraging, because my wife ordered some otem online for my birthday last month, and some of the items sent were wrong. When we tried to return one of them to the store, the clerk said the item wasn't even in Macy's system, so my wife had to contact Macy's online and go through the very inconvenient process of shipping the item back without compensation for the trouble... and she never found the item she tried to order in the first place. It was no longer in the system. You know what they say, " Two times, shame on you!" I don't think ther will be a third.
