Beautiful summer dress

This is my 4th dress from this brand. All others fit like a glove. I received shipment yesterday, only to see necklace was broken, ok no big deal, sizing was off.. I wear 8p felt like a 4p. The jacket would even go on right, way to small! Color and design was perfect for a wedding, unfortunately I have to return!
