Infuriated

When shipping was overdue and appeared stalled on the tracker, I contacted customer service and was assured it would arrive on time and they waived the expedited shipping. I asked if it should be shipped from another site instead - no need, they insisted. The dress arrived a week late - after the event for which I needed it … and too late for me to find a suitable replacement! And now, because of your return policy, I have to pay to return it! Unacceptable. Goodbye Macy’s card and goodbye Macy’s.

This dress is lovely

I'm very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the fit of this dress and can't wait to wear it to a gala event coming up in October. I'm 5'10" and the length is perfect.
