Disappointing

Ordered this dress because I liked the complete picture with the necklace. The dress arrived and was missing the necklace. I called customer support and they said they would ship another dress out right away. The new dress arrived and it was also missing the necklace. At this point I had to keep the dress because my event was that weekend. I would have expected they would make sure I got the complete product after the first complaint. Just very disappointed
